User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Controller and scope

This page explains how to request deletion of data relating to you that may be processed by our internal publishing tool autopost (Meta App ID 1380546197018462), operated by Morphos Studio, London, United Kingdom (email Morphostech@outlook.com; postal address: [to be inserted]).

The tool publishes our own Instagram Reels to Instagram professional accounts that we own. It has no end-user login and does not create end-user accounts, so in most cases no personal data about you is held at all.

2. How to request deletion

  1. Email Morphostech@outlook.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the identifier concerned (for example your Facebook or Instagram @username) and, if you can, the approximate date of any interaction.
  3. We will acknowledge your request, and after verifying identity where necessary we will delete any related record — for example a queue log entry, publication timestamp or media identifier — and confirm the outcome within 30 days. If we hold nothing about you, we will tell you that in writing.

Because the tool does not run a data-deletion callback endpoint, requests are handled by the email process above, which is the method we document for Meta's data deletion requirements.

3. Status of your request

You can ask for an update at any time by replying to our acknowledgement email, quoting the subject line "Data deletion request". We will confirm: (a) what we found, (b) what was deleted, and (c) the date of deletion.

4. Removing app access yourself

You can revoke the app's access immediately and independently of us: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select the app and choose Remove. Revoking access invalidates the token we hold for that account.

5. What we retain and for how long

Only operational records on our own computers: the publishing queue, publication timestamps and Instagram media identifiers, kept for up to 12 months to troubleshoot failed posts and prevent duplicate publishing, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our handling, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF — ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

2. 如何申请删除

  1. 发送邮件至 Morphostech@outlook.com，主题写 「Data deletion request」；
  2. 注明相关标识（如 Facebook/Instagram 用户名）及大致时间；
  3. 我们确认身份后会删除相关记录（如队列日志、发布时间戳、媒体标识），并在 30 天内书面告知结果；若未持有你的数据，也会书面说明。

本工具不提供 data-deletion 回调接口，故以本页所述邮件流程作为 Meta 数据删除要求的处理方式。

3. 进度查询

回复我们的确认邮件（主题保留「Data deletion request」）即可查询进度；我们会告知查到什么、删除了什么、删除日期。

4. 自行移除应用授权

在 Facebook → 设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站 选择本应用并点「移除」，即可立即撤销授权。

5. 保留内容与期限

仅本机运营记录（发布队列、发布时间、媒体标识），最多保留 12 个月后删除。详见 隐私政策。

6. 投诉

如对我们的处理不满，可向英国 ICO 投诉（Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF，ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint）。
