These terms govern use of the internal publishing tool autopost (Meta App ID 1380546197018462) provided by Morphos Studio, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). The tool is operated by us solely to publish our own video content to Instagram professional accounts that we own.
The tool is an internal business application. It is not offered to the public, does not provide user accounts, and is not available for third-party use. Any access we grant to reviewers, contractors or testers is limited, revocable and for evaluation of the tool's operation only.
Anyone we authorise to access the tool must: use it only for publishing content we lawfully own; comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use; not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures; and not use it to publish unlawful, infringing or misleading content.
All video and other content published through the tool is owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants any right to our trademarks, brand assets or content.
The tool is provided "as is" and without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party services (Meta's Graph API and our hosting provider) and may be delayed or fail; scheduled posts are retried by our automation and pending items are preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described in User Data Deletion Instructions.
We may update these terms; the version and effective date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: Morphostech@outlook.com.

工具按"现状"提供，依赖 Meta Graph API 与托管商等第三方服务；发布可能延迟或失败，自动化会重试并保留待发条目。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责；法律不得限制的责任（如过失致死/人身伤害、欺诈）不受本条款限制。
